Hawaiian Alaea Red Salt Balancing Mini Deep Conditioner

I use this deep conditioner whenever I'm about to straighten my hair because it conditions it without making it feel weighted down or coated.

This is a repeat buy! I love this deep conditioner I have been using it for almost a year now. It has never let me down in between protein treatment. The slip is phenomenal, smells amazing, and the moisture balance lasts the week. The conditioner I used this last wash day hair still moisturized.

This balancing deep conditioner left my scalp feeling clean and rejuvenated. My curls were soft, but not as soft as say…the “Bentonite and Sea Clay” or the “Righteous Roots Manuka & Marshmallow Root” DC’s from this line. The scent is mild/strong with a very fresh floral aroma (not perfume) with notes of fruit; which doesn’t linger long after washing. The consistency is light and smooth vs dense and creamy, so it penetrates and glides into the hair very well. From my results and from their claims it works as a balancing conditioner to clean the scalp and soften the strands in the process. I have a sensitive scalp and none of the ingredients in this product aggravated or agitated my scalp. I don’t feel like it stripped away any extra oils from my strands; they felt clean, strong and not hay-like. I would use this DC periodically in my healthy scalp regime to help further treat my scalp and hair.

I used this conditioner on my 15 year old who has waist length hair and natural. Let me say that the 2oz went a long way in her hair as well as having conditioner left over. Her hair does not keep moisture and feels try to the touch. I used this conditioner on her and let me tell you the difference in feel much less after blow drying it had my daughter and myself amazed. All she kept saying was my hair feels so soft!! She loves it and I do to.. definitely going to stock up on this and hoping an 8oz is on the way!
