Unhappy with my purchase

I have yet to receive my purchase. I’ve contacted customer service but was only advised my shipment is delayed due to COVID19. Unfortunately this happens each time I order. I ordered items from other small businesses on the same day and I’ve received my purchases. Although I enjoy Honey’s Handmade products the customer service is mediocre at best. Once I receive my purchase it will be the last.
